Bright, cheap unit with bathroom, a nice view and far to hot. Magnificent and brilliant location, just a short walk away from Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art. Only 10 min walk to downtown.

For a comfortable stay, consider bringing earplugs to mitigate any background noise from ventilation, especially if you're sensitive to sound.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is top. Breakfast was very good.
It was very cold. Heating via the air conditioning system did not really work. There is no wardrobe and consequently too few hangers.

Modern hotel in a perfect location: restaurants, train station, city center are within walking distance. Good breakfast bookable, public car parks nearby. The modern designed rooms are very space-optimized. Very helpful, friendly hotel staff.

The price of the hotel was excellent value for money, clean, central and only 2 minute walk from train station. The staff at the hotel were also superb always willing to help or if they could not, then find someone who could. It did not matter what time of night it was either I could not fault anyone. I would definitly stay here again.

Cozy stay with great staff
Spent 2 nights in a Queen Room. The decor is fresh and rooms comfy. Staff were super nice and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, loads of healthy choices. Just reminded me of the bathroom needed an upgrade, a bit worn and could've been cleaner. Still, great spot close to everything in town.
